摘要
目的建立五指毛桃药材的高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)。柱温25℃;检测波长246 mm。流动相为甲醇-水。梯度洗脱:0 min,甲醇-水(15∶85);20min,甲醇-水(55∶45),40 min;甲醇-水(85∶15);45 min,甲醇-水(100∶0);50 min,甲醇-水(15∶85)。流速1 ml/min;运行时间50 min;检测波长为246 nm。结果五指毛桃药材共有9个共有峰。结论实验方法可行,可为检测五指毛桃药材质量控制标准提供参考。
Objective To establish the method of fingerprint analysis in Radix Fici by HPLC. Methods HPLC method was used, chromatography conditions were XDB- C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol- water as mobile phase( gradient elution), the detection wavelength was 246 nm. Results The results showed that 9 peaks were common.. Conclusion The method is reliable and provides reference standard for the quality control of Radix Fici.
