浅析建筑外墙的渗漏形式及防治对策

On the leakage forms of buildings' external walls and preventive strategies

阐述了建筑物外墙渗漏的形式,分别研究了渗漏的产生原因,提出了有关外墙渗漏的防治对策,除此之外还要同时从设计、施工阶段,针对结构、材料特点,采取相应的构造措施,从而真正解决了外墙渗漏水问题。

The paper illustrates forms of leakage of buildings＇ external walls, researches reasons for the leakage respectively, points out some preventive strategies for the leakage of external walls. Bedsides, some according construction measures are adopted from the design, construction stage and the characteristics of structures and materials, so as to solve the leakage problems in external walls.
