摘要
目的:提取野生糙苏花中的挥发油,分析挥发油的组分,探讨其生物活性为开发这一资源提供理论依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法从新鲜的糙苏花中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油组分进行分离和鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量,对糙苏花的挥发油进行抗菌试验。结果:从糙苏花的挥发油中鉴定出55个组分,占全油的91.53%,糙苏花的挥发油有明显的抗菌活性。结论:糙苏花的挥发油中以单萜和倍半萜类物质居多,含量较高的组分是甲苯(17.28%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(13.38%)、α-里哪醇(12.38%)、二苯胺(7.17%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(6.22%)等,其挥发油对试验菌株有明显的抑制和灭活作用特别是对肺炎球菌32201株和肠炎沙门菌50040株表现的更为明显。
Objective:To extract and analyze the constituents of the essential oil from the flower of wild Phlomis umbrosa.This research will provide scientific proof for the search of biological activity compounts from Phlomis umbrosa to employ this natural resource.Methods:The essential oil from the flower of Phlomis umbrosa was extracted by steam distillation,the components of the essential oil were separated and structurally identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,the relative contents of these components by the peak-area normalization method adopted in gas chromatography.The essential oil was investigated by antimicrobial activities.Results:55 components were identified and accounted for 91.53% of the all peak area,the essential oil had antimicrobial activity.Conclusion:The main chemical constituents of the essential oil were monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids compounds,the major components were toluene(17.28%),phthalic acid,diisobutyl ester(13.38%),α-linalool(12.38%),diphenylamine(7.17%),1-octen-3-ol(6.22%),etc.The result of the antimicrobial activities of the essential oil inhibited the growth and sterilized of testing bacterias especially against Pneumococcus 32201 and Salmonella enteritidis 50040.
