基于成熟度模型的公路信息化绩效评估研究

Study on the Evaluation of Highway Informatization Performance Based on the Maturity Model

在借鉴现有信息化成熟度模型的基础上,设计了公路信息化绩效成熟度模型,建立5级评价标准、3个关键过程域及关键绩效指标体系.结合江苏省公路信息化建设实情,给出了公路信息化绩效成熟度模型的应用性分析.

With reference to the existing informalization maturity model, the paper designs a maturity model of the highway informationization, and establishes five levels of evaluation criteria, three essential processes domains and the essential performance index system. Combined with the fact of the highway informationization construction of Jiangsu Province, the paper gives an application of maturity model in the evaluation of highway informationization performance.
