摘要
目的对郑州市城镇卫生人力资源现状进行分析,发现其存在的问题,进而寻求解决问题的对策、策略,为建设适合人民群众需要的、高素质的卫生人力队伍提供可行性依据。方法采用普查的方法对郑州市城镇医疗机构和工作人员进行调查,了解郑州市城镇卫生人力资源的现状,发现其存在的问题。结果郑州市城镇卫生人力资源数量相对过剩,但卫生人力中高学历人才略显不足,专业分布不合理,医护比倒置。结论应当加大医学专业教育力度,调整卫生人员专业结构,培养学术带头人,尽快建立起一支高素质、结构合理的卫生人才队伍。
Objective To analysis the present health manpower resources situation of Zhengzhou city,find out the problems which have existed in health manpower resources and to seek solutions and strategy of these problems,in order to establishment a high-quality health manpower resources team which people in need.Methods Census the urban medical institutions and staff of Zhengzhou,to comprehend present situation of Zhengzhou urban health manpower resources,find out the problems which have existed in health manpower resources.Results There are many problems existed in urban health manpower resources of Zhengzhou,such as relative surplus on the number of health manpower,less high-level qualification manpower,unreasonable distribution of professional,proportion of doctors and nurses inversion.Conclusion We should increase medical education,adjust the structure of the health professional and cultivate academic leaders,so as to establish a high-quality,well-structured health manpower team as soon as possible.
