摘要
企业与员工之间存在着契约关系,这种契约关系不仅是经济利益上的,还体现在心理和情感上。企业除了应该通过各种方法完善组织与人的经济契约关系,更应该采取有效方法强化组织与人的心理契约关系,这样才可能真正开发出组织的人力资源,实现企业可持续发展的竞争能力。
From a certain view of point, there exist s a general contract between the employee and the enterprise. The contract reflects the interests between the two parties as well as the psychological interaction among them. The enterprise should make the contract better, furthermore they should take effective ways to strengthen the psychological contract with the employees. Through the joint efforts, the sustainable core competency in the enterprise can be realized.
