摘要
以CuSO4.5H2O和NaOH为原料,山梨醇、木糖醇为还原剂,采用水热法制备了相同条件下不同还原剂的微晶Cu2O.用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了表征.结果表明,当n(OH-)∶n(Cu2+)∶n(还原剂)=4∶1∶1,水热温度为180℃,反应时间为20 h时,生成产物全部为Cu2O,其形貌为八面体状.
The microcrystal Cu2O was prepared under same hydrothermal conditions with different reductant. CuSO4·5H2O and NaOH as main sources, D-sorbitol and xylitol as reductant. The product was characterized by XRD and SEM technology. The results show that when the ratio n(OH ) : n(Cu^2+ ) : n(reductant) =4 : 1 : 1, at hydrothermal temperature of 180℃ after 20 h, all the product was microcrystal Cu2O by XRD and the morphology was octahedral by SEM.
