不同工序添加MgO的Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3陶瓷及其性能

摘要 通过在不同工序添加MgO,研究添加方式对Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BSTO)陶瓷微观结构与介电性能的影响。结果表明:在预合成BSTO后加入MgO,样品中有明显的Ba3(VO4)2针状晶粒生成,且随MgO添加量的增多而减少;在预合成BSTO前加入MgO的样品中,该新相极少。MgO添加量相同时,在预合成BSTO前加入,样品的介电常数较低;在预合成BSTO后加入,样品的高频损耗较小,可调性较高,当添加质量分数为15%~25%的MgO,样品在103V/mm电场强度下的可调性均高于20%。 The effects of MgO-adding methods on the microstructures and dielectric properties of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 ceramics were investigated. The results show that there are obvious Ba3(VO4)2 needlelike grains in the samples prepared by adding MgO after Ba0.6Sr0.4WiO3 powderbe pre-synthesized. But there is little Ba3(VO4)2 grains in the samples prepared by adding MgO before Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powder be pre-synthesized. The samples have lower permittivities by adding MgO before Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powderbe pre-synthesized, but have higher tunabilities and lower high frequency losses by adding MgO after Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powder be pre-synthesized. The tunabilities of the samples prepared by adding 15%-25% (mass fraction) MgO after Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powder be pre-synthesized are all higher than 20% at 10^3 V/mm.
