On the Changes of Chinese Industrial Structure and Its Developing Tendency

改革开放以来我国产业结构发生了很大变化，成为推动经济增长的重要因素，但也存在许多问题，直接影响着我国经济的进一步发展。今后我国产业结构调整的方向与重点是：扶植支柱产业，培育新的经济增长点；增强农业综合生产能力；加强基础设施和基础产业；加速高新技术的发展；大力发展第三产业。推动我国产业结构升级的政策措施是：进一步完善市场体制，加快社会主义市场经济建设；加强国家产业政策引导，促进支柱产业的培育和发展；调整产业组织结构，大力推进规模经济；增强企业的研究开发能力和市场竞争能力；建立灵活。

he author holds that great changes have taken place in Chinese industrial structure since the reform and opening up,which is an impetus to the economic growth.However,problems still exist,which is a disincentive to further economic development in China.Furthermore,what needs to be done from now on about adjusting orientation and focal points as well as promoting policies and measures of Chinese industrial structure is also proposed in the paper.
