摘要
分析了气垫带式输送机在运行过程中输送带跑偏的影响因素。在优化的盘槽气孔排布方式和平衡孔防跑偏装置专利的基础上,运用CFD软件(Fluent)对盘槽防跑偏平衡孔的开设方式进行了数值模拟,得到了在各盘槽位置点开设平衡孔的平衡力数据以及平衡孔开设角度对平衡力的影响规律,为增加气垫带式输送机运行过程的平稳性提供了依据。
The paper analyzes factors that play in belt misalignment and numerically simulate opening way of belt - a- lignment disc - groove hole by means of the CFD software Fluent, on the basis of arrangement ways for the optimum disc - groove hole and belt - alignment balance hole pattern, obtaining balance force of the holes and the effect of opening hole angle on balance force. It provides a basis for ensuring smooth running of air cushion belt conveyor.
