Discussion of the etiology and pathogenesis of sjgren′s syndrome

论述了干燥综合征的病因病机。提出素体阴虚,燥毒瘀血互结,津液通道失畅,津血运行输布障碍,导致清窍失润、脏腑失养是本病的主要病机。

It is discussed that the etiology and pathogenesis of sjogren＇s syndrome is deficient in Yin, dryness-toxicity and static blood intermingle and disorder of distribution of body fluid. Distribution of body fluid leads to failure of moistening of clear orifices and malnutrition of Zang Fu-organs.
