对住院神经症患者实施心理行为干预效果观察

The efficacies of psychological and behavior Intervention on neurosis patients

目的探索适合于神经症病房的护理工作方法,以提高护理质量,促进神经症患者康复。方法选用优秀护理骨干担任专职护士,对住院神经症患者实施行为干预及系统的心理健康教育,并与精神科常规护理方式进行比较。用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和自编患者满意度调查表进行效果评定。结果实验组HAMA、HAMD、PSQI量表评分显著低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组。结论采用专职护士对住院神经症患者实施心理行为干预的护理工作方法,能提高神经症患者的治疗效果和患者满意度。

Objective To explore suitable nursing service methods for psychoneurotic ward and improve the quality of care. Methods Some excellent nurses were choosed as full-time nurses to perform behavior intervention to the patients and give systemic mental health eduealion. Compared with routine Psychiatric nursing. Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and self-made satisfaction questionaire of patients were applied to assess the effect. Results The score of HAMA, HAMD,PSQI in experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the satisfaction of patient was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Use of full-time nurse on the neurosis in patient psychological care of behavioral intervention methods improve the effectiveness of the treatment of neurological disease and the patient satisfaction, psychological and behavior Intervention on neurosis patients by full time nurses can improve the therapeutic efficacy of neurosis and the satisfaction of patient.
