摘要
目的:观察BCG对变态反应性鼻炎小鼠的TH细胞免疫的影响并探讨其机制。方法:30只昆明小白鼠随机分为对照组,变态反应性鼻炎组及干预组,干预组造模前及后5d分别以BCG皮内注射干预,造模2周后采用流式细胞仪分析测定外周血Th1/Th2细胞之比,ELISA试剂盒IL.4、IL-10、IFN-γ水平。结果:造模组外周血中IL-4、 IL-10较正常对照组明显升高,而IFN-γ水平降低(P<0.05);与造模组相比,治疗组外周血中IL-4、IL-10水平下降, IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05);造模组外周血Th1/Th2比值较正常对照组下降(P<0.05);与造模组比较,干预组Th1/Th2比值升高(P<0.05)。结论:Th1/Th2失平衡是变应性鼻炎发病的重要机理,BCG能调节变态反应性鼻炎小鼠的T细胞免疫,干预变应性鼻炎的发病。
Objective:To explore Effects of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin on Th cell immunity in Mouse of allergic rhinitis and research its principle.Methods:30 mouses were divided into three groups:control group、allergic rhinitis group、BCG interfereing group.Methods: received intradermal injection with BCG before making allergic rhinitis and after five days.Then the peripheral blood Th1/Th2 ratio was detected by using flow cytometry method and IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γin the peripheral blood were analysed by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group,allergic rhinitis group group has higher IL-4and IL-10 level and lower IFN-γlevel in the peripheral blood,P〈0.05.Compared with allergic rhinitis group,BCG interfereing group has lower IL-4 level and higher IFN-γlevel in the peripheral blood,P〈0.05.Blood Th1/Th2 cells ratio in the allergic rhinitis group was lower compared with control group,P〈0.05.Compared with allergic rhinitis group BCG interfereing group has higher ratio of Th1/Th2 cells in the peripheral blood,P〉0.05.Conclusion: The immune imbalance of Th1/Th2 is a important role in allergic rhinitis,BCG can adjust Th cell immunity in Mouse of allergic rhinitis,interfereing morbidity of allergic rhinitis.
