摘要
目的:营造舒适、温馨的病房环境,实施人性化护理关怀,让患儿痛苦而来,满意而归。方法:环境园林化,病室家庭化,床单元多元化,服务人性化。结果:实施后患儿增加,效益提高,患儿满意度提升,实施前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:实施人文关怀有利于患儿自主选择医院、选择医师,医院吸纳了更多患儿,提高了经济效益和社会效益。
Objective： To create a warm and comfortable rooms, services, humanistic nursing care so that patients suffering from satisfied. Methods： garden environment, and disease of the family room, bed sheets yuan diversified, personalized service. Results： before and after the implementation of a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） after the implementation of the patients increased efficiency, improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion：Implementation of the humanistic care in favor of the patient to choose hospitals, to choose doctors, hospitals attract more patients, improve the economic and social benefits.
