The Problems in Building a Harmonious College Dormitory and Their Countermeasures

大学生宿舍是大学生学习、生活和思想交流的主要场所之一,建设和谐宿舍对于加强学生思想政治教育、促进学生成长、成才,构建和谐校园等具有重要意义。目前,高校大学生宿舍建设存在管理体制不顺畅、管理制度不完善、文化建设重视不够等方面的问题,高校必须针对存在的问题,寻求新的对策。

Dormitory is one of the main places for college students to spend their time in studying, living and idea changes. Constructing harmonious dormitories is significant for strengthening the students＇ ideological and political education, promoting the students＇ growth and constructing harmonious schools. Currently, there are some problems existing in the dormitories construction, such as unsmooth management system, imperfect control system, inefficient emphasis on knowledge construction. In view of these problems, colleges need to take some new countermeasures.
