果胶酶高产菌株的激光诱变选育研究 被引量:9

摘要 以腐烂的苹果、橘子、柚子和山楂等水果为材料,分离筛选出一株产果胶酶的高产菌株,采用波长632.8 nm,功率为11.5 mW的He-Ne激光对其进行诱变,结果得到一株果胶酶产生时间早、活性强的优良菌株,有望用果胶酶的生产。 In this study,a strain to produce pectinase was isolated from the rotten apple,tangerine,shaddock,haw,and other fruits.The He-Ne laser with the wave of 632.8nm and the power of 11.5 mW was used as the mutagen to induce the strain.As the result,a strain was finally obtained that can produce an integrated pectinase,the enzyme activity is stable,which is beneficial to the separation of the enzyme and could be used in pectinase production.
