对高等体育大众教育与精英教育和谐发展的思考——从专业与职业分离现实出发

Harmonious development of college sports for all and elite education

对体育专业毕业生就业中专业与职业分离的现实进行了分析,指出其分离存在于不同类型的体育院校及体育院系,认为其分离是高等体育教育投入与产出效益不相宜,也影响到体育人才培养的各个方面。认为促成专业与职业分离的显性因素在于高等教育大众化刚性推进而促成人才市场的高度竞争、人才的相对饱和以及体育学科格局分布不合理、盲目竞争加剧,专业设置重复以及专业结构性矛盾;隐性因素在于高等体育大众教育与精英教育发展失衡。从体育学科的视角,提出了两教育体系和谐发展的基本途径。

This paper analyzed the condition that the college sports majors found jobs irrelevant to their specialty, which showed that there was a great disparity between the college sports investment and output. The reasons came from the fact of the fierce or blind competition in the talent market, the insuffient job vacacies, the unreasonable specialty layout, the repetitive specialty establishment and the structural problems of the specialties. Meanwhile, the college sports for all and elite education developed in an imbalanced way. Therefore, harmonious development measures were proposed.
