摘要
根据河北石家庄地区的电网结构,提出了完善保护配置和备用电源自投系统方案的2种运行工作方式:2个220 kV变电所之间有直供的110 kV线路;2个220 kV变电所通过1个110 kV变电所联络。探讨了新型备用电源自投系统故障隔离方案、供电恢复方案,以及针对不同系统运行方式改变时备用电源自投系统的应对策略。基于以上思路,研究了一种新型微机备用电源自投系统,介绍了系统的作用、设计原则和工作方式,然后从软、硬件两方面阐述了其原理和实现方法。实验和运行证明,该新型微机备用电源自投系统已成功地在石家庄地区全部26个220 kV变电所间建立相互支撑性的110 kV电气联系,提高了供电可靠性。
Two connection patterns are proposed to improve its protection disposition and automatic power supply switchover system according to the power grid structure of Shijiazhuang region, Hebei province: the direct 110 kV power supply feeder between two 220 kV substations and the connection between two 220 kV substations by a 110 kV substation. The schemes of fault isolation and supply recovery are discussed and the countermeasures of automatic power supply switchover system against the system operation mode change are described, based on which, a new type of automatic power supply switchover system is developed. Its functions, design principle and working patterns are introduced and its implementation is explained from SW and HW. The experiments and operation prove that, the 110 kV electric connections are successfully built among 26 220 kV substations by the automatic power supply switchover systems and the reliability of power supply is improved.
