低碳经济与低碳生活

Low Carbon Economy and Low Carbon Life

阐述了低碳经济与低碳生活的概念和两者之间的关系。"低碳经济"是国际社会应对人类大量消耗化石能源、大量排放二氧化碳引起全球气候灾害性变化而提出的新概念,它不仅意味着制造业要加快淘汰高能耗、高污染的落后生产能力,而且意味着要引导公众反思那些浪费能源、增排污染的不良嗜好,从而充分发掘消费和生活领域节能减排的巨大潜力。指出"低碳经济"仅有先进技术的支撑是不够的,必须依托于"低碳生活"才能实现减排的目的。而"低碳生活"是一种简单、简约、俭朴和可持续的生活方式,要实现"低碳生活",宣传引导和制度保障是缺一不可的。

This paper expounds on the conception of low carbon economy and low carbon life and the relationship between them. ＂Low carbon economy＂is a new conception put forth by international community to cope with the disastrous change of the global climate resulted from a large quantity of fossil energy consumption and large volume of carbon dioxide emission by human beings.By＂low carbon economy＂we not only mean the backword capacity with high energy-consumption and high pollution in manufacturing industry has to be eliminated speedily ,but also the public should be guided to reflect on their ill habits of wasting energy and increasing pollution discharge so as to explore the great potential of energy conservation and emission reduction in the consuming and living fields.The paper points out that advanced technology support alone is not enough to for ＂low carbon economy＂.In order to achieve the goal of emission reduction, ＂low carbon economy＂has to be depend itself on ＂low carbon life＂,which is a kind of simple,brief,plain and sustainable life style,and the propaganda guidance and system guarantee are both necessary for realizing the ＂low carbon life ＂.
