摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过原位法(一步法)合成环氧脂肪酸甲酯的研究。研究表明原位法不仅步骤少、操作简单、安全;与两步法相比,效果较佳,且更能控制开环率。实验表明理想反应条件为:脂肪酸甲酯双键∶甲酸∶双氧水=1∶0.5∶1.4(摩尔比);反应温度65℃;反应时间4 h,其产品环氧值最高可达6.23。
The in situ(one-step)synthesis of epoxy fatty acid methyl esters was studied with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The results showed that in situ synthesis with only one step was simple in operation,safe and effective.Experiments showed that the ideal reaction conditions were:double bond of methyl ester∶methane acid∶aquae hydrogenii dioxidi= 1∶0.5∶1.4;reaction temperature was 65 ℃;reaction time was 4 h,the epoxy value of the final product could reach 6.23.
