摘要
以上海卢湾区#47,#48街坊项目深基坑工程为背景,以保护邻近优秀历史保护建筑为主线,介绍了软土地区处于敏感环境条件下深基坑工程支护结构选型分析思路,提出了围护体和支撑体系等支护结构设计关键环节中的相关技术对策,并阐述了利用时空效应原理的基坑土方开挖的方法。实施与监测结果表明,基坑支护设计和整个实施过程有效的保护了周边环境,取得了良好的社会效益,可为软土地区类似敏感环境条件下的基坑工程设计提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the deep excavation projects of 47th & 48th blocks in Luwan District of Shanghai as the background,and making the protection of the outstanding historical conversation buildings near the site as the main clue,the choice and analytic thoughts of deep excavation support systems in sensitive environment such as soft soil area are presented.The technical countermeasures corresponding to the main process of the retaining and strut structures design,as well as the key points of using the time-space effects of excavation are introduced.The monitoring results show that the surrounding environment is effectively protected by the present support design and implementation.Futhermore,there is good social effect,and these solutions provide a good reference for other similar projects in soft soil regions.
