摘要
2009年3月19日,青海省西宁市某施工工地深基坑发生坍塌事故,造成20多名施工人员被埋,8人死亡的惨痛后果。经对事故现场进行勘察和分析论证后认为,本基坑的设计和施工存在严重缺陷,政府监管不到位,反映了一些地质状况较好的西部地区,在深基坑设计、施工和管理方面存在的问题。本文经过对比分析找出了事故产生的原因,为了避免类似工程事故的发生,给出了类似基坑工程的设计、施工和管理方面的建议。
A deep foundation pit collapse accident happened in Xining,Qinghai Province in March 19,2009,and caused more than 20 construction workers buried,eight of which died.According to the investigation and analysis of the accident,problems about design,construction and management of deep foundation pit are found under some western regions with good geological condition such as serious defects in design and construction,less supervision of government.Through comparative analysis,the causes of the accident are got.In order to avoid similar engineering accidents,some suggestions for the design,construction and management of foundation pit engineering are proposed.
