摘要
介绍徐州彭城电厂三期工程1 000 MW超超临界基建机组化学清洗实例。对1 000 MW超超临界机组化学清洗的清洗药品用量、漂洗缓蚀剂、废水排放、过热器清洗等问题进行分析总结,以供此类机组化学清洗借鉴。
The cleaning technology of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units in Xuzhou Pengcheng Power Plant Ⅲ project is introduced.Combining with the problems in the process of citric acid cleaning,this paper summarizes and analyzes some problems such as the amount of cleaning agents,rinsing inhibitor,wastewater discharge and superheater cleaning in the cleaning of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units.
