摘要
通过对徐州绿地世纪城二期、三期小高层工程实践,对多层以及小高层现浇板裂缝从维修实践角度剖析楼面裂缝产生的原因,从施工角度提出避免楼面裂缝的发生以及裂缝发生后的维修处理方法。
It was analyzed the causes of producing cracks on the cast-in-situ floor slabs for multi-story buildings(phase-Ⅱ and phase-Ⅲ)in Xuzhou Century City.It was also proposed the methods to avoid the cracks and the treating methods of the produced cracks.
