高校固定资产管理一体化平台设计与实现

Design and implementation on integrated platform of fixed assets management in university

为提升高等学校固定资产信息化管理水平,从数据共享及应用集成的角度出发,基于高校涉及的土地、房屋、仪器设备、家具等众多相关应用系统,设计固定资产管理一体化平台.该平台具有统一界面,可对资产的相关业务进行网上操作,实现各系统间相关业务的数据共享及应用集成.该平台已经建设完成并投入使用近一年,实际运行效果表明其是有效的.

To enhance the higher level of fixed asset information management in university,from the angle of data sharing and application integration,an integrated platform of fixed asset management was designed based on land,housing,equipment, furniture and other range of associated application system.The proposal platform has unified interface to perform online operation between relevant transaction of assets,which can realize data sharing and application integration of relevant transaction between every system.This platform has also been completed and applied nearly one year,actual operating results can prove it is valid.
