摘要
采用小试移动生物床反应器(MBBR)工艺对于煤气化废水进行深度处理。实验用原水为经过活性污泥工艺处理后的煤气化生产废水。研究了MBBR水力停留时间(HRT)的变化对于COD和氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明,MBBR对于COD的去除效果比较差,其去除率基本上在20%以下。HRT对于反应器氨氮的去除效果影响显著。HRT在24 h时其出水氨氮的质量浓度可以维持在15 mg/L以下,而降低到12 h时其氨氮去除效果显著下降。反应器温度下降导致反应器出水氨氮异常升高,提高HRT至48 h可以恢复MBBR对于氨氮的去除效果,并且出水氨氮浓度可稳定在10 mg/L以下。
Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) is used for post-treatment of coal gasification wastewater.The raw wastewater used in the experiment is the effluent of activated sludge process.The effect of different HRT in the MBBR on the removal of COD and ammonium is studied.The results show that the MBBR has poor effect on COD removal,which is always below 20%.The effect of HRT on ammonium removal is evident.The concentration of ammonium in the effluent is below 15 mg/L when HRT of the MBBR is 24 hours.Ammonium removal is affected badly when HRT decreases to 12 hours.An abnormal increase of ammonium in the effluent is observed,which is due to the decrease of temperature in the MBBR.To prolong HRT of the MBBR to 48 hours would recover removal efficiency of the ammonium,and ammonium in the effluent is below 10 mg/L.
