摘要
概述氧脱木素的基本原理、中浓氧脱木素的主要工艺条件、设计中浓氧脱木素系统时需考虑的几个因素和氧脱木素后洗涤对漂白效果的影响;介绍华南理工大学造纸与污染控制国家工程研究中心推广应用的双升流塔氧脱木素工艺技术及其生产应用效果。
Basical mechanism of oxygen delignification, main technological conditions of medium-consistency oxygen delignification, factors that should be considered during medium-consistency oxygen delignification system design and the effect of pulp washing on bleaching efficiency were discussed in the paper. The double-upflowing column oxygen delignification technology developed by National Engineering Research Center of Papermaking and Pollution Control, South China University of Technology and its engineering efficiency was introduced.
