摘要
分析了等升程圆柱螺旋面加工方法存在的问题。通过对螺旋面成形磨削加工原理研究,提出利用现有磨床及CNC数控砂轮修整技术实现磨削加工的解决方案及系统控制策略;针对成形磨削加工的特点及关键技术,提出系统的体系结构并开发出一套可用于螺旋面成形磨削加工的CAD/CAM系统;给出磨削加工与修整过程控制方法,实现了圆柱螺旋面高速高精度加工。
The machining problems in equal lift travel column helicoids are analyzed.The machining solving schemes as well as system control strategies are brought forward by using the existing grinding machine and CNC grinding wheel corrector based on the study on shape grinding principles of helicoids.The characteristics and key techniques of helicoids shape grinding are analyzed,and then the solving techniques are deduced.The framework of helicoids shape grinding system is provided and the helicoids shape grinding CAD/CAM system is developed. At last the shape grinding machine as well as CNC grinding wheel correcting process are presented and the high-speed and precision machining of helicoids is realized.
