中国组织工程学研究现状与未来 被引量:1

摘要 组织工程学(tissue engineering)从1987年正式提出到目前,在短短不到二十年中已取得了突飞猛进的发展,不仅在免疫缺陷的小动物体内构建出各种组织工程化组织,而且成功地修复了免疫功能完全的大型哺乳类动物各种组织缺损,更重要的是部分组织工程化组织已在初步的临床应用中取得了稳定而持久的疗效。
