摘要
研究了单一稀土铈(Ce)、钇(Y)对航空用铝合金AlZnMeCu铸态枝晶组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,稀土元素能有效细化合金的二次枝晶组织,减小最大共晶化合物尺寸。稀土的加入使合金的时效强度、硬度有所下降,但少量稀土可改善合金的冲击韧性。
The effects of Ce and Y additions on the as-cast microstructure and the mechanical properties of AlZnMgCu alloy have been investigated. The results show that the arm space of the as-cast secondary dendrite and the dimension of the maximum eutectic compound are decreased with adding Ce and Y. The additions of Ce and Y may reduce the ageing strength and ageing hardness of AlZnMgCu alloy. But a small amount of Ce and Y can effectively improve the alloy's impact toughness.
