摘要
目的:建立免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)病证结合肾阴虚小鼠模型。方法:将 ITP BALB/c 小鼠疾病模型与口服甲状腺素片肾阴虚模型进行融合。结果:该模型除具有血小板减少、骨髓巨核细胞增多等 ITP 疾病模型特点外,还具有血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)增高,促甲状腺素激素(TSH)降低,睾酮、皮质醇、雌二醇、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平升高,饮水进食量增多,体重下降,体温升高等肾阴虚模型特点,滋肾阴方改善上述主要指标的异常,而助肾阳方反之。结论:ITP 病证结合肾阴虚小鼠模型造模方法简便,指标可靠,可为中医药临床基础研究提供有用工具。
Objective:To set up a mouse model for integrating immune thrombocytopenia purpura(ITP) and Deficiency of Kid- ney-Yin.Methods:The mouse model of ITP and Deficiency of Kidney-Yin was established by immunology methods and per os thyroidei tablet.Results:This ITP model with Deficiency of Kidney-Yin has the effects of reducing platelet count, increasing number of magakaryolyte in bone marrow,elevating the levels of T_3,T,E_2,cAMP and cortisol,decreasing the level of TSH in serum,growing the intaking volume of water and foods,arising the temperature and dropping the body weight.These characteristics were similar to model of ITP and Deficiency of Kidney-Yin.Recipe of nourishing the Kidney-Yin could improve the abnormal and contrary to recipe of invigorating Yang.Conclusions:The results showed that above mentioned methods were simple and reliable.The model might be a useful tool for pathogenesis,pharmacody- namics and pharmacological studies.
