NIDDM患者尿液特种蛋白和血清生化的变化及临床意义

Variation and Clinical Effects on the Concentration and Serum from Patients with NIDDM

测定NIDDM(非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病)患者及正常人尿液中MA(微量白蛋白)、TRu(转铁蛋白)、IgU(免疫球蛋白G)、A1M(a1-微球蛋白)及血清AMG(a2-巨球蛋白)、B2M(β2-微球蛋白)、Glu、BUN、Cr的含量,比较其水平差异。NIDDM患者组40例,其含量分别为374.7i±634.5mg/L,28.5±41.3mg/L,70.8±100.9mg/L,37.0±38.1mg/L,1.8±0.54g/L,3.81±3.05mg/L,10.98±7.27mmol/L,9.34±6.87mmol/L,131.2±126.1μmol/L。NIDDM组与正常组比较,AMG水平P>0.05,无显著性差异,其余项目比较P<0.01。均有显著性差异。提示特种蛋白检测对糖尿病肾病(DN)的早、中、晚期诊断和治疗及预后判断有明显的指导意义。

The concentrations of MA,TRu ,IgU,A1M in urine and AMG,B2M,Clu,BUN,Cr in serum from NIDDM patients were detected by using Beckman Array 360 System. The results were statistically analysed by test. There were significant differences (P<0. 01) except of AMG between the NIDDM group and the control group,and significant differences between male, and female in the levels of AMG,B2M,BUN (P<0. 01),A1M(P<0. 05). And there were no significant differences (P>0. 05) in the levels of other items.
