摘要
[目的]探讨质量管理工作循环(PDCA)理论在2型糖尿病病人健康教育中的应用。[方法]368例2型糖尿病病人随机分为两组,观察组198例和对照组170例,分别在健康教育前及健康教育7个月后进行糖尿病相关知识认知情况和病人对健康教育的满意度情况问卷调查。[结果]265例病人完成随访,观察组140例,对照组125例;观察组健康教育后糖尿病相关知识认知情况和病人对健康教育的满意度情况均优于对照组。[结论]在2型糖尿病病人健康教育中应用PDCA工作循环理论效果明显。
Objective: To probe into the application of PDCA work cycle theory in health education for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: A total of 368 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group (198 cases) and control group (170 cases). All cases were investigated on cognition of diabetes related knowledge and satisfaction degrees toward health education by filling out questionnaire before health education and seven months after health education respectively. Results: Totally 265 patients (140 cases of observation group and 125 cases of control group) completed the follow-up. Both diabetes related knowledge and satisfaction degree of patients in observation group after health education were better than that in control group. Conclusion: Application of PDCA work cycle theory has significant effect in health education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
