摘要
1992年食品卫生质量的调查结果,参与本次调查的有卫生部食品卫生监督检验所及江苏、福建等19个省市的食品卫生监督检验所,共调查了全国植物油、乳及乳制品、冷饮、肉制品、月饼、糕点(包括裱花蛋糕)、调味品、饼干(面包)、蜜饯等9类724个食品样品,获得监测数据7815个。9大类食品的卫生平均合格率为82.32%其中冷饮96.46%,植物油96.60%,饼干、面包84.41%,肉制品74.28%,月饼66.67%,蜜饯60%,调味品57.89%乳及乳制品54.05%,糕点30%。
AbstractInstitute of Food Satety Control and Inspection
(IFSCI),Ministry of Public Health conducted a survey of 724 food
sampleson 9 catagories at 293 plants in 19 provinces and/or
cities.This was the collaborative program of this lnstitute and
19provincial and municipal IFSCI.It included vegetable oils, milk and
dairy products,cold drinks, meats and meat products,mooncakes,
pastries, Flavourings, biscuits (inculde bakery),and preserved
fruits.7815 tests data were made available.The averagevalue of
compliance rate of 9 kind foods were 82.32%.The rate of compliance of
vegetable oils was 96.60%,Cold drinks 90.46%,biscuits (include bakery
)84.41%,meats and meat products 74.28%,moon cakes 66.67%,preserved
fruits 60.00%,flavourings 57.89%,milk and dairy products
54.05%,pastries 30.00%separatedy.
