The gas-liquid equilibrium of Pb-Cd-Zn system under vacuum was calculated and analysed.For the alloy conlaining(wt.-% ) Pb 1.5 Cd 0.3 Zn 98.2.the content ratio of gas to liquidNPb,g/NPb,l and NCd,g/NCd,l was 1.1 460×10 ̄2,11.62 when distillation temperature was 1 1 80Kand 3. 308× 10 ̄(-3),45. 04 when distillation temperature was 773 K respectively. The moleculardistillation of Pb-Cd-Zn alloy at batch process was simulated.The results showed that vacuum dis-tillation had lower operating temperature,better separation efficiency and lower energy consump-tion than distillation under atomosphere pressure.
