摘要
采用热化学表面处理技术可显著提高层压板湿态电性能.与未处理相比绝缘电阻提高101,体积表面电阻提高10~2~10~4.处理玻璃纤维时,用去离子水比用自来水可使体积、表面电阻提高10~1.短切毡层压板电性能显著优于玻璃布层压板.湿态绝缘电阻可高10~3体积、表面电阻高10~1~10~3.短切毡增强的电工层压板更能满足高介电性能的要求.
This paper introduces a partially Pt-substituted bushing furnance for medium-alkali fibre production which is equiped with non-water-cooling Mo electrodes with electricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel, about it's model and structure and fibre drawing technique and also the installation and protection of the Mo electrodes with electricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel. The application practice came to the following conclusions. It was a success to use non-water-cooling Mo electrodes with elec tricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel in the parti ally Pt-substituted bushing furnance The critical current density should be controlled within 0.4~0.6 A/cm~?. The antioxidant protection was thought as a cruciut measure to prolong the busking furnance life.
