摘要
湿度是一个重要的环境参数,但也是一个不易测量的量。对湿度测量仪器的标定和校准就具有重要的意义。本文在简要介绍几种湿度发生器原理的基础上,重点对目前比较普遍采用的双压法湿度发生器与分流法湿度发生器进行了比较。对湿度校准实验室选配该类标准器具有一定的参考意义。
Humidity is an important environment parameter which is difficult to be measured. So there is an important significance to calibrate humidity measurement instruments. On the basis of a brief introduction of several humidity generators, the paper analyses the two-pressure humidity generator and divided-flow humidity generator in detail. It will be helpful for users to select this kind of products.
