高职院校“双师型”教师认证标准体系研究

Certification System of Double Qualification Program for Faculty in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高职教育"双师型"教师评价标准缺失,认证体系不健全,导致高职院校师资队伍建设和管理方向不明。本文阐述了构建我国高职教育"双师型"教师认证体系的必要性,并从"双师型"教师的内涵出发,提出了构建"双师型"教师认证标准体系的思路和范式。

The absence of assessment standards and certification system for double qualification programcaused a confusion of establishment and management of faculty staff in higher vocational colleges. The paper elaborates on the necessity of certification system for double qualification programs for faculty in higher vocational education, and puts forward ideas and patterns for establishing certification system for double qualification programs with the nature of the program taken into account.
