油藏经营效益评价与预测

EVALUATION AND FORECAST OF OIL RESERVOIR MANAGEMENT BENEFITS

针对油藏经营管理中存在的效益评价缺少科学依据,评价指标动态管理能力较弱等实际问题,从油藏经营管理单元、开发管理单元、开发单井三个方面进行了油藏经营管理的效益评价分析,讨论了油藏经营管理中的年度产量、年度投入、年度效益的预测问题。研究认为,真正的油藏经营管理应该是地下、井筒、地面、技术经济分析四位一体的统筹管理。油藏经营管理有利于优化资源配置、降低成本和提高油田企业经济效益,实现油田企业全面、协调和可持续发展。并从当前油藏经营管理单元可以取得的财务和开发数据出发,建立了一套符合实际的单元效益决策模型。

Faced with the practical problems in reservoir management,such as lack of scientific basis in benefit evaluation,poor dynamic management of evaluation index,etc.,this paper proposes a series of predicting countermeasures concerning annual output,annual investment and annual benefits in reservoir management based on the benefit evaluation system in reservoir management from three respects-reservoir management unit,development & management unit and single-well development.The research shows that the efficient reservoir management should be a combined management which consists of subsurface,shafts,surface and techno-economic analysis in oil field.Thus,on the basis of available finance and development data obtained from current reservoir management unit,a set of practical decision-making models fitting for benefits evaluation of reservoir management unit has been established.
