近年来微创脊柱外科发展迅速，腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗是其重要组成部分，有损伤小、疗效满意的优势。本文分成经皮针类穿刺微创技术和经皮置管类微创技术两类，总结各种微创手术方法临床应用的现状与进展。

In recent years, with the rapid development of minimally invasive spine surgery, lumbar disc herniation of the minimally invasive treatment is an important progress. The operative injury is small and the effect is satisfactory. In this review, percutaneous needle puncture and percutaneous tube method of minimally invasive techniques and a variety of its clinical applications were summarized.
