摘要
通过石墨冷铁的巧妙应用,解决了大断面球铁件易产生缩孔、缩松及表面硬度低的问题,保证了铸件加工面硬度的均匀一致,消除了加工面加工后的色差,避免了使用金属冷铁时易造成加工后硬度不均匀和易产生铁豆、冷铁性气孔的问题,实现了大断面球铁件的无冒口铸造,提高了铸件的出品率。
The problems that easily occured in the heavy-section ductile iron castings, such as shrinkage, dispersed shrinkage and low surface hardness, were solved by properly using graphite chills. In addition, it ensured uniform hardness of machining face of castings, eliminated the color difference of machined face, and avoided the problems, non-uniform hardness of machined faces, cold shot and blow holes which were easily caused by metal chills, realized the molding design of heavy-section ductile iron castings without risers and increased the overall yield of castings.
