雏鸡应用益生素后免疫器官体液免疫动态变化 被引量:13

摘要 本实验应用免疫酶组织化学法系统地研究了雏鸡饲喂益生素后,其免疫器官的体液免疫动态变化。研究结果发现雏鸡应用益生素后,法氏囊和脾脏IgG、IgM、IgA生成细胞数量均比未饲喂益生素的对照组有不同程度增加,其中IgM、IgA生成细胞数量于饲喂益生素后7d达到峰值,IgG生成细胞数量于饲喂益生素后10d达到峰值。表明益生素能够增强雏鸡免疫器官的体液免疫功能。 The dynamic changes of the humoral immunity in immune organs of chicks fed with probiotics were investigated The number of IgG producing cells in thymus, bursa of Fabricius and spleen increased to various extent following chicks were fed probiotics, as compared with those of control chicks. The number of IgM, IgA producing cells in bursa of fabricius and spleen reached the highest on 7th day, and the number of IgG producing cells in bursa of fabricius and spleen reached the highest on 10th day after fed with probiotics. These results showed that humoral immunity could be enhanced by probiotics.
