摘要
研究了线型SBS、充油SBS及SBS(oil)/CaCO3复合增韧剂对回收泡沫PS的增韧效应.着重考查了三类体系的组成对复合物的物理力学性能及流变性能的影响,并讨论了其相容性.结果表明,线性SBS及包覆橡胶的刚性粒子对回收泡沫PS有良好的增韧效果,同时增韧复合物的综合性能亦十分优异.通过SEM分析了微观机理.
The effect of foam recycling PS toughened by linear SBS、 oiled SBS and oiled SBS/CaCO_3 were studied in this paper.The physical machanical property and fluied property of blend were related to the compose of toughening agent, the compatibility between them was discussed also. The result show that linear SBS and composite toughening agent have good toughing effect,the other property of blend were very excellent. By SEM, the micro-structure of blend was analysed.
