摘要
目的研究油酸致家兔急性肺损伤早期氧自由基的变化与肺损伤的关系。方法14只家兔分2组,Ⅰ组6只,为对照组(CG);Ⅱ组8只,为油酸组(OG);分别于0 min、30 min、90 min、150 min采各组动物颈总动脉血测PaO2、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、血浆丙二醛(MDA)。结果油酸注入30 min后,CG组PaO2及SOD明显高于OG组(P<0.01);而MDA明显低于OG组(P<0.01)。结论氧自由基在油酸致家兔急性肺损伤早期已经成为急性肺损伤的主要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship of diversity oxygen free radical and injury of lungs in early stage of acute lung injury. Methods A total of 14 rabbits were divided into two groups randomly: control group ( CG), and oleic acid group (OG). Oxygen pressure in arterial blood ( PaO2 ), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood were measured in 0 min, 30 min, 90 min, 150 min respectively. Results PaO2 , SOD in OG group decreased significantly more than that of CG group( P 〈 0. 01 ) and MDA significantly increased more (P 〈 0. 01 )30 min after injected oleic acid. Conclusion Oxygen free radical is one of the main factors inducing lung injury in the early stage of acute lung injury caused by oleic acid.
