摘要
目的:探讨中药安胎合剂对促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)超排卵小鼠子宫内膜容受性影响的作用机理。方法:将45只小鼠随机分成3组:模型组(GnRHa+HMG+HCG)即GnRHa长周期促排卵方案,治疗组(安胎合剂+GnRHa+HMG+HCG),对照组为生理盐水组。采用免疫组化法(SP两步法、Envision法)检测子宫内膜整合素β3、白血病抑制因子(LIF)以及腺上皮细胞雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果:①治疗组子宫内膜整合素β3、白血病抑制因子表达呈强阳性,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。②治疗组子宫内膜腺上皮细胞雌孕激素受体的阳性率明显高于模型组(P<0.001)。结论:中药安胎合剂可能通过促进GnRHa长周期超排卵小鼠子宫内膜整合素β3、白血病抑制因子以及腺上皮细胞雌孕激素受体的表达,以改善其子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Antai Mixture on Endomertial Receptivity of superovulation mice by GnRHa.Methods:45 Rats were randomly divided into there groups: model group(GnRHa+HMG+HCG),therapeutic group(Antai+GnRHa+HMG+HCG)and control group.The levels of expression of integrinsβ3,leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF),estrogen receptor(ER) and progestin receptor(PR)in glandular epithelium cells by immunohistochemistry techniques.Results:①The levels of expression of integrinsβ3 were found more stronger in therapeutic group than in model group(P〈0.01).②For the positive rates of ER and PR in in glandular epithelium cells,there was significant diference between therapeutic group and model group(P〈0.001).Conclusion:Antai Mixture may promote the Endomertial Receptivity of superovulation mice by increasing the expression of integrinsβ3,leukemia inhibitory factot(LIF),estrogen receptor(ER)and progestin receptor(PR) in glandular epithelium cells.
