摘要 目的:探讨免疫组化法在脂肪移植体内微血管定量研究的应用价值。方法:利用内皮细胞特异性标记CD34抗原,通过免疫组化法显示微血管,对不同时期脂肪移植体按周边区和中央区划分,进行微血管的定量研究。结果:免疫组化法染色后血管呈棕黄色,切片背景清晰。周边区血管密度在移植后14d达最高,28d组高于7d组;中央区血管密度逐渐增高;各期血管密度均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。同一时期周边区血管密度高于中央区,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:免疫组化法显示微血管清晰、可靠,便于统计分析。 Objective:To study the value of immunohistochemistry in quantitative study of microvesscls in fat transplantation graft.Methods:Microvessels were stained by immunohistochemistry using the highly specific endothelial cell marker CD 34 .Quantitative study of microvessels in graft of various periods which was divided into periphery and center was made.Results:Blood vessels were stained brownish yellow by immunohistochemistry.Background of the section was clear.The microvessel density in the periphery was the highest in 14 days,and slightly higher in 28 days than that in 7 days,and the microvessel density in the center was gradually rising. There were significant differences in the vessel density in various periods( P <0.01).The microvessel density in the periphery was higher than that in the center,with significant difference( P <0.01).Conclusion: The microvessels are clearly and reliably shown by immunohistochemistry and it is easy for statistical analysis. Immunohistochemistry is applicable in quantitative study of microvessel formation in fat transplantation graft.
