摘要
探讨路内停车对路段交通流产生阻碍造成的延误,能够为评价路段服务水平、确定合理的路阻提供理论支持。针对双向两车道路内停车路段,分析车辆运行特性。在流量较小、流量较大两种情况下,研究由路内停车影响产生的延误。流量较小情况下,将停放车辆看作一个服务台,利用排队理论、间隙理论建立了路内停车对交通流延误影响模型;流量较大情况下,结合车辆到达-离开图示,建立了相应的延误影响模型。最后,通过应用算例验证了模型的有效性。
Investigation of delay impacts as a result ot on-street parking that hampers traffic flows may lay a theoretical foundation upon which the level of services and the impedance of a street segment can be evaluated more or less reasonably. In light of a 2-lane two-way street segment installed with on-street parking spaces, this paper analyzes traffic operational characteristics, in particular, traffic delays caused by on-street parking activities, under both low and high volume conditions. Regarding the on-street parking process as a service platform, the paper develops, in the low volume case, an impact model of traffic flow delays induced during the process based on theories of queuing and clearance intervals. While in the high volume case, an arrival & departure chart of parking vehicles is consulted to formulate a corresponding delay impact model. The validity of the models is tested through application exampies.
