摘要
高校招生规模的扩大及新的就业机制的形成,使得大学生就业问题较为突出。调查表明,努力提升大学生的就业竞争力是解决大学生就业问题的有效途径。其内涵应包括良好的品德修养、扎实的知识基础、健康的身心素质、较强的综合能力和潜在的创新意识等,并可通过课堂教学、校园文化活动、社会实践、科研活动等途径加以培养和提高。
The scale expansion and the form the employment mechanism of recruit students of college has made the employment problem of college student employment become more prominent. Investigation showed that efforts to enhancing the employability and competitiveness of university students are an effective way to solve the problem of employment. Its contents should include the good moral self-cultivation, a solid knowledge base, and healthy physical and mental qualities, a strong comprehensive ability and potential sense of innovation and so on, all these can be nurtured and improve through classroom teaching, campus cultural activities, social practice, research activities,.
