摘要
采用有限元方法对传统干涉配合紧固件强迫安装方法和应力波安装方法的安装过程进行了数值模拟,分析了两种安装方法的加载特点,研究了采用不同加载时结构的应力应变,得到不同安装方法可以安装的最大干涉量。对两种安装方法的安装质量进行了对比,从理论上证明了应力波安装方法的优越性。
Using the finite element method, we the driving process of a traditional interference-fit fastener by the traditional assembling method and the stress-wave method, analyze the loading characteristics of the two assembling methods, study the stress-strain curve in different loading structure, and obtain the biggest interference. According to the contrast of the installment quality of the two assembling methods, the superiority of the stress-wave method is proved.
