摘要
目的为筛选药物、确定最佳用药量提供定量依据。方法应用微量量热法测定了不同浓度的薄叶蓟总黄酮苷对大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率—时间曲线。结果计算出细菌生长的速率常数,建立了细菌生长速率常数与药物浓度之间的关系,并确定了最佳促菌浓度和最小抑菌浓度。结论最佳促菌浓度为1.77×10-5g/ml,最小抑菌浓度为2.52×10-4g/ml。
Objective: To screen the medicine and determine the best dose for providing the quota basis. Methods: The total flavonoid glycosides were extracted from Cirsium tenuifolium Shih.. By using 3114/3236 TAM Air Thermal Activity Monitor, bacteriostasic activity of different concentration solution of Cirsium tenuifolium Shih for E. eoli was determined. Results : The growth rate constants were calculated, and the best impetus concentration and the minimal inhibitory concerntration were determined. Conclusion: Best impetus concentration is 1.77 × 10^-5 g/ml, and minimal inhibitory concerntration is 2.52 × 10^-4 g/ml.
